It is with a heavy heart I share that the Darksome Art & Craft Market will not be hosted in-person at Mount Moriah Cemetery in 2026 or the foreseeable future. I plan to continue the Darksome virtual markets this year, while I reassess the future of in-person markets.

This has been in the works for many months prior to the recent grave robbing arrest, but this incident coupled with a decrease in volunteer support has solidified my decision.

I’m incredibly thankful to all of the talented artists who have vended at the market since 2019 and appreciate all of the shoppers, volunteers, and others who have supported the in-person markets. Over the 7 years, I’m proud that we raised over $40,000 to support the cemetery.
